Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, & DHL You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the US only

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions where shipping carriers are unavailable.

  • Certain products (such as liquids, perishables, or oversized items) may have shipping limitations.

5. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
